Upon receipt of any products from Moon Fox Toys, it is recommended that you inspect your purchase fully to determine if the product matches registered order as well as if there is any fault in manufacture. The buyer will be contacted directly as soon as possible if any order cannot be completed in a timely manner by Moon Fox Toys, and as such, we will either offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

All custom orders received will be processed for shipping within 7-9 days (except in the case of the Pre-Sale Opening Event; please allow for up to 2 weeks processing). All pre-made “in-stock” items will be shipped within 48 hours (discounting weekends and holidays). Tracking info will be sent via email at the time of shipment and receipt from the shipper. As with any mail-order company, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance and signature tracking on large orders. The requested insurance is enforced by the shipping companies’ policies and terms (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx).

At this time, please allow for extended ship times due to Covid-19. Most shipping lead times within the continental US seem to be currently running approximately 7 days regardless of shipping priority tier.

Moon Fox Toys is not responsible for any items lost or stolen while in transit. Furthermore, Moon Fox Toys is not responsible for all indirect losses incurred due to lack of delivery, including loss of profits and/or opportunity due to failure to deliver in an expected time frame. Due to the prevalence of identity theft and theft of card information, Moon Fox Toys will only direct ship to addresses linked to the payment method used; please ensure your PayPal shipping and contact information is correct. Billing and shipping addresses (especially zip codes) must match in order to complete your order.

Cancellation Of Orders And Returns

Because of the nature of our product, we can only accept returns that are defective and unused. We are happy to replace such items should there be fault in manufacture. We may require photographic evidence of the defect(s). Out of warranty items will resolved on a case-by-case basis. Whenever possible, we will try and work with our customers to solve any open issue. All items returned must be returned in original packaging and should be returned with a tracking number.

In the case of cancellation, all orders that have not been shipped from our facility will incur a 20% restocking fee. All custom orders, depending on design and color, will incur an additional 10% restocking fee at Moon Fox Toys’ discretion.

Moon Fox Toys reserves the right to cancel any order by any individual for any reason, as well as to refuse any future business with any individual. Restocking fees may apply.
